How it works

   Sign in with Google

   Any Google account works, including a @kiet.edu account.

2. 2

   Tell us about your startup

   Your startup's name, your name and your mobile number. That is all we ask.

3. 3

   Add your project and submit

   Choose a category, describe what you are building and submit before registration closes. The entry is then locked.

4. 4

   Get accepted

   An admin must accept your entry as a legal one before it counts. Contact the coordinator, or write to innotech@kiet.edu, to get it accepted.

Good to know

• One entry, no team

  A startup registers as a single entry, so there are no teammates to invite and no team code to share.

• Once you are accepted

  When an admin accepts your entry, the portal tells you where you stand and what happens next, including your stall number.

• Any of the eight categories

  Category 5, Start Small, Scale Big, Sustain Always, suits many startups. Gen Z to Budding Innovators is only for first-year students.

• Free to register

  There is no fee. Your entry appears on the event pages under your startup's name.

1. 3 Oct 2026Registrations OpenIndividual registration begins. Team leaders can start forming teams.
2. 12 Oct 2026Registrations CloseLast day to register and submit your team. Teams are locked after submission.
3. 30 Oct 2026Grand FinaleInstitute level exhibition, external jury evaluation and prize distribution.
